Refund policy

If you are unhappy with an order or it was damaged in transit, please send us a message. We will do everything in our power to make it right and if necessary send a new order. For returns and refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping, and when the package arrives and we are able to verify the product's condition we will process a refund.
